Creating a Culture of Feedback: Workshop with Native Union Hong Kong

In August 2023, Veronica delivered a customized workshop to the Native Union team in Hong Kong focused on feedback and teamwork.The 90-minute session started with an ice-breaking exercise around diversity to build connection and trust.The teams worked in smaller groups of 4-5 to discuss several topics:

• How to create a culture of open collaboration and feedback
• What work culture do they want to create at Native Union
• How to drive innovation through diversity and inclusion

The groups presented their mission statement and made 1 individual commitment to action the learnings.The outcome of the session was a deeper knowledge of diversity and inclusion, the learning of specific tools to provide constructive feedback, and a clear commitment to implement the actions.Find out more about Native Union.
