Inclusive leadership is Great leadership.Thrilled to deliver a Leaders for Good workshop to the Ageas Group teams in Asia under the topic:"What does equity mean to you?"40+ leaders across 4 countries in Asia joined the session to discuss the concepts of equity, bias, and how to drive equity effectively and promote inclusive leadership.Ageas is a top insurer in Europe and Asia, and we are partnering with their Hong Kong regional team to drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across Asia.Our awareness-to-action webinars focus on raising awareness and inspiring change to create inclusive teams and workplaces.In this workshop we talk about the gender gap, share data from the World Economic Forum Gender Gap Report and cover foundational topics such as equity versus equality, unconscious bias, harmful behaviours and we provide a framework to inspire action.
